You can't assign an 800# to two campaigns occurring during the same time period, our system want let you. TagIt uses two type of reuse rules:

Shared Rules

A tag (800#, URL, Code, etc.) can be used on multiple initiatives at once.

Unique

A tag (800#, URL, Code, etc.) is forbidden to exist on two campaigns at the same time. Time-based rules only make a tag available for reassignment after the reuse rules had been met. For example, an 800# with a 90 day reuse rule assigned to a January campaign can not be assigned to another campaign until after March. It's that simple.
